Book a private boxing session and begin a training plan built specifically for your goals. You'll learn authentic, professional-level boxing skills, and we'll make sure you understand the fundamentals clearly and confidently from day one. And it’s ok if you have never boxed before, we love to teach total beginners how to learn how to box properly from the ground up.
GROUP CLASSES
MON - WED - FRI
Our classes cover boxing fundamentals for beginners and technical drills for more experienced athletes. Everyone can participate in light sparring, while those seeking a bigger challenge can take part in controlled, moderate sparring. Training is based on professional fighter methods - we teach pro-level skills at the right pace for every level.
