3. Cancellation Policy – You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the session without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no‑shows, are charged in full.
    

4. Refunds – Pre‑paid packages are non‑refundable but may be transferred to another client with our approval.
